COMBOUTIQUE.COM is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy intends to explain how we use the information we have gathered from our guests or members. By using one of our websites or by providing personal information through one of those websites, you agree that this information is gathered and used according to the terms of the present Privacy Policy.  

Scope of application

Insofar as COMBOUTIQUE.COM is an international company, the information you provide on a particular website, language or country, can be electronically sent to the server managing this website in a different country. Therefore, information can be used, stored or processed in a country other than the one in which it has been recorded. However, regardless of the country in which the information is used, stored or processed, we are committed to protecting it according to the present Privacy Policy.  

Types of information collected

Our server software gathers demographic information relative to the users of our websites in log files. Types of collected information are types of navigators used, IP addresses and domain names of the reference website. These types of information help us determine the needs of our clients.

If you wish to gain access to the various functionalities of our websites, i.e. the market place, on-demand product creation, and other promotional tools offered on the websites, you are required to fill in our subscription forms. On those forms, you shall be asked to communicate to us the following information : your name, company name, electronic address, company/home address, phone number and any other information required to identify you. That collected information allows us to contact you regarding payment of your commissions that you are endowed to in the context of your subscription, and contact you for other purposes. Demographic information provided in the subsciprition forms can be used to complete studies and reports regarding statistics and visits frequency of our websites. That allows us to better understand the expectations and needs of our users. However, we never include personally identifiable information in our studies or reports.

We occasionally organize online contests and promotions on our websites, for which we ask participants to provide us with information in order to contact them (for instance, an email address) et demographic information (zip/postal code, professional category or country of origin). These types of information allow us to send you promotional literature about our company and our partners. They also allow us to contact our clients for other purposes. Besides, if you have opted for providing us with information on persons who, according to you, could be interested in our products and services (which is the case in our "refer your friends to us" program), we shall use that information to contact them. COMBOUTIQUE.COM shall not be liable of the privacy policies or contents of the websites to which it provides links.

COMBOUTIQUE.COM may from time to time change the rules of the Privacy Policy.

Should COMBOUTIQUE.COM decide to make major changes to the way it uses personally identifiable information, we shall announce it on this page so that you are informed of what types of information we do gather, how we use them, and when and how we communicate them. Subscribing, unsubscribing and updating the information

If you do not wish to receive emails regarding general information or marketing emails, you shall follow the simple unsubscribing process as described in the emails. In addition, if you are logged on to one of our websites, you have the ability to log on to the website and, using your password, update your personal profile with the indication that you do not wish to receive promotional, marketing or other emails. Of course, you can access your profile and update any other personal information.
